Ready to disclose your new Idea to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)?

First, to understand the process you are about to begin, please read the article linked here: "Investors are Serious about Intellectual Property". This article explains the importance of intellectual property (IP). After reading it you will better understand the process that links investing dollars to your IP. Afterall, you are about to begin the process of turning your idea into a possible revenue stream, and you are likely very curious as to what the process involves.
If you are ready to start the process of filing your United States provisional patent application, there are three steps you must complete.

1. Download the Invention Disclosure form to disclose your idea. Please use caution in handling this form: Remember, although this is an unofficial form that you will use to disclose your invention to Janus-Patents - our professionals will then use this disclosure to officially file your invention at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
IMPORTANT: This is a confidential form. You should NOT show it to competitors, nor should you engage in a business discussion related to the sale of your idea or future patent, until you have received official notification from Janus-Patents that your idea has been filed as a Non-Provisional at the USPTO.

Your email with your invention disclosure is kept confidential at Janus-Patents and is quickly and securely filed with the USPTO.

Here is the Invention Disclosure form you must complete.

2. Next, save the form that you downloaded and completed in step one and email it to Janus Patents.

3. Finally, click the PayPal button below. To help you get your idea protected at the lowest cost, the total fee you submit to Janus Patents includes the following: the legal filing fee($485.60), and Express Shipping($14.40). NOTE: The $100 fee charged by the USPTO is included in the $485.60 legal filing fee. You can see just how much you are saving by not hiring an attorney here (Compare Janus to our Competitors). How does all of this benefit you, the inventor? One of the great benefits you will enjoy by working with Janus Patents is that we charge you a nominal legal filing fee of $485.60 for the legal processing and filing of your application. Add annother $14.40 to cover the Express Mailing of your application to the United States Patent Office - and your idea is protected at the lowest cost while giving you the peace of mind that your idea is secured at the United States Patent Office.

The Patent Office charges a Provisional application filing fee 1.16(d). Thus, $100 of your total payment goes directly to the United States Patent Office to secure your idea.
